Regenerative learning is rooted in the everyday, entwined with the infinite, and reaching toward the yet to be imagined.
REGENERATIVE FRAMEWORK
Our team will work with you through our four-step Regenerative Framework to guide you toward the outcomes you want to achieve.
1. Imagine
Through deep listening, storytelling, visualisation techniques and immersive practice we work with clients through a creative catalyst process that looks to reimagine what a more regenerative future could look like.
2. Co-create
We build on the future we have imagined through an iterative process of working groups, one-on-one conversations, feedback sessions, in which we work together to design a shared understanding of the client’s specific goals and challenges in the framework of a regenerative future.
3. Cultivate
We work with you to build out an implementation of the plan we have co-created. In this phase, we help fine-tune and adjust the regenerative framework. We also provide the client with the support and resources they need to be successful including ongoing coaching and support.
4. Flourish & Thrive
As you begin to implement changes, we will be there to help you meet your benchmarks, objectives and key results (OKRs) and see your operation thrive. You will be empower to continue building the skills and knowledge you need to continue to grow and succeed in the future. We help you develop a plan and identify resources that can help you enhance the impact of regenerative thinking in the long term.
